Does any one have a good way to use up some of all those scraps of paper. They seem to be building up here and I can create fast enough. The drawers and boxes are filling up around me with wonderful bits of scrap paper of all kinds. I keep telling myself I'll use if making cards and such but after spending a few hours making cards there doesn't seem to be a dent in any of the piles. What's a girl to do? Any suggestions? Something wonderfully creative that uses up lots of odds and ends of paper? Any one?!!

Hi wendy, I'm in the midst of setting up my small studio and will take any donations of scraps you want to toss my way!!!!
You can create wonderful mosaic backgrounds for future art and cards. Also punch out shapes with some of the pieces that are large enough to make interesting tag shapes. Or, what I do when the pile gets too big, is go through them, toss the really little bits or the ones that you just know you'll never use again and remove them. You can also make a grab bag of scraps and give them away too. One creative person's trash is often another creative person's treasure.
Your journal pages look great.
These pages are great, Wendy! Love the colors. As for the scraps, sometimes I just glue the strips onto a base piece, then cut and use for backgrounds on pages, ATC's, postcards, etc. I've also come to the realization that it gets too overwhelming to keep every scrap, so I've actually started throwing them away..gasp!
Lovely pages Wendy, they look awesome. Great project for starting the year off. You could start a paper give away or exchange, little gift packages.
