July Collage a Day end.

I did it, I made it to the end of my July collage a day challenge. The Tinman and I were away the last few days so I collaged on the go. With a small kit of a glue stick, scissors and a few pens I managed to make the last 3 pages. We were in Prince Edward County for a few days where there was lots of great pamphlets to pick up and use in collaging.

Day 29 County Colours

Day 30 Nests

Day 31 County Arts

Although it was maybe more of a challenge than I anticipated and sometimes I had to do some catch up days I really enjoyed it and have decided to try another challenge for the month of August. I've started it already and will be sharing with you in the next few days.

Thank you to those that joined me in this challenge and maybe more of you will join me for the next one.

Happy Creating!

July Collage a Day Challenge- week 2

There is a reason these things are called challenges. What started off seeming like an easy projects has gotten a little trickier this week. The first weeks collages were pretty easy and fairly fast to do. This week they have become more of a challenge and seem to be taking a little more time. So now I'm doing a little research to learn more about collage art and get inspiration. I am still enjoying the challenge though and am even thinking about a possible August challenge!!

Day 8- Lost and found

Day 9- Five

Day 10- Parking

Day 11- Chinese tea

Day 12- Ledger

Day 13- Take a bread in the shade

Day 14- Serenity

Have you done any collages yet? I have a few people over on the facebook group that have shares some of theirs. Come over and take a look and/or share yours. I can really use your inspiration to keep going.

Keep Creating! Wendy

Week one, July Collage a Day Challenge

Here are my pieces for week 1 of my July Collage a Day Challenge. So far so good. I had a few days that I had to do 2 because other days were busy but I guess that's just part of the challenge. I'm enjoying it and stepping a little out of my comfort zone.

Day 1 Canada Day

Day 2 Angels

Day 3 Orange dreams

Day 4 Bingo

Day 5 Purple Skies

Day 6 Tree of Life.

Day 7 Believe

Have you been playing along? If you have come on over to our facebook group to share some of your collages. Or just come over to take a look at some of the other group members creations. I'm getting some of my inspiration from other members to keep me going. You don't need to do one everyday if you don't want. Just do one whenever you get a chance and share to help keep the rest of us going til the end of the month.

Happy Creating!
